Weight Loss Goals


Goals:
1. Get under 300 lbs. -reached on 2/19/13
2. Lose 15 lbs before surgery.-reached on 3/25/13
3. Lose to 20 lbs-reached on 4/2/13
4.  Lose 30 lbs-reached on 4/7/13
5. Lose 40 lbs.-reached on 4/24/13
6. Lose 50 lbs.-reached on 5/20/13
7. Lose 60 lbs.-reached on 6/17/13
8. Lose 70 lbs.
9. Lose 80 lbs.
10. Lose 90 lbs.
11. Lose 100 lbs.
12. Get to Onederland!
13. Get to 190 lbs.
14. Get to 180 lbs.
15. Get to 170 lbs.
16. Get to 160 lbs.
17. Get to 150 lbs.
18. Get to 145 lbs.
19. Maintain 145 lbs. for 6 months.

I was actually the same weight I am now. After both pictures were taken, I gained over 30 pounds.

Feelin' Good

Today's weight: 272

Since I started towards the end goal of getting a lap band, my weight loss has been the best experience. This time around, I have lost more weight than previous attempts! I don't know what I am doing differently this time but I am very happy with the results. Hopefully, after being banded I will be able to continue losing weight rapidly. We will see in a 12 days how the weight loss goes. I will post pictures.

Surgery Date Locked In

I finally received that wonderful phone call from the doctor's office. I am scheduled for surgery on the 26th of the month. I am a little nervous and confused about the pre-op diet. Oh well, I will have to read all the information (which was a lot) that I received from my doctor within the next week to make sure I am ready! Wish me luck.
