8. Lose 70 lbs.
9. Lose 80 lbs.
10. Lose 90 lbs.
11. Lose 100 lbs.
12. Get to Onederland!
13. Get to 190 lbs.
14. Get to 180 lbs.
15. Get to 170 lbs.
16. Get to 160 lbs.
17. Get to 150 lbs.
18. Get to 145 lbs.
19. Maintain 145 lbs. for 6 months.
